About the Arabic Language

Arabic is the liturgical language of Islam and is spoken across 22 countries. Its script is written right to left and has influenced many other languages.

Arabic is written right-to-left, which means the translator automatically adjusts the text direction in the output box. If you're copying the translated text into a document, make sure your word processor has right-to-left text support enabled.

We also include proper diacritical marks in the output — the small vowel marks that are essential for accurate reading and pronunciation in Arabic. Most translators skip these, which makes the output harder to read for native speakers. We don't.

Tips for Better Arabic Translations

  • Use clear, simple sentences in the source text — complex compound sentences occasionally produce less natural output.
  • For formal documents, double-check names, titles, and technical terms with a native speaker.
  • If the translation looks off, try the Fancy Mode — it sometimes produces a more natural-sounding result by prompting the AI differently.
  • Break very long texts into paragraphs and translate them separately for best quality.
